Clinical & Wellness Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Inspire Integrative Nutrition is a growing functional nutrition and wellness practice seeking a highly organized, warm, and motivated Operations Coordinator to support our clients, products, and wellness therapies.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both systems and people — someone who enjoys managing inventory and reports while also supporting clients, shipping supplements, and helping our wellness studio run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

You will support the daily operations of our nutrition practice and wellness services including:

• Managing supplement and retail inventory

• Placing and tracking product orders

• Packaging and shipping client protocols as needed

• Keeping pricing updated per each line

• Developing e-commerce for our practice and managing

• Supporting sales of sauna, foot bath, and red-light therapy sessions

• Answering calls, texts, and emails

• Sending intake forms and client education packets

• Supporting social media and promotions

• Developing reporting systems for tracking sales, refills, and wellness visits

• Supporting scheduling and promotions educational classes

How You’ll Be Measured

This role includes clear performance goals (KPIs) so you know exactly what success looks like. These include:

• Inventory accuracy

• Product sales and refills

• Wellness therapy bookings

• Shipping accuracy

• Client follow-ups and response time

Meeting or exceeding these goals unlocks bonuses and commissions.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$23 per hour (based on experience)

• 10–15 hours per week

• Flexible and Hybrid schedule (in-office hours required)
