Meet the Team
GIna Harlan
Clinical and Wellness Operations Coordinator
Michaela Knight is one of the clinical and wellness operations coordinators at Inspire Integrative Nutrition. For the past few years, her time has been spent being a stay at home mom; however, prior to having her son, she had extensive retail experience. This experience has helped prepare her for managing inventory so that we can keep your supplements well stocked and get them to you as soon as possible. Originally on track to become a nurse, health care has always had a special place in her heart. It was actually nursing school that inspired her to look into more holistic routes for care. While on her holistic journey, her son was diagnosed with eczema. In seeking out the best care for him, she came across Lindsey here at Inspire and has been trusting her with his care for the past 2.5 years. Michaela grew up in Travelers Rest, SC and has cherished the blue ridge mountains all her life. During her free time, she loves journeying into the mountains with her husband and son to go camping or hike to a beautiful overlook. When she’s not adventuring, you can find her at the local park with her son or grabbing coffee with a friend.
A native of the Atlanta, Georgia area, Gina Harlan is an assistant at Inspire Integrative Nutrition who originally moved to the upstate to pursue a degree in journalism and Spanish. Besides an extensive career in secondary education and veterinary medicine, she has worked at a plant nursery and is an assistant in geriatric care. She uses the skills learned in those vocations to facilitate client/practitioner communications in office visits. Her years of learning more natural ways to increase health from her father and her own health journey have led her to work in the field of functional nutrition. When not at the office, she may be found beautifying her two-acre lot, practicing the piano or dulcimers, reading, cooking, or working in one of several creative hobbies.
Kaela Blakely
Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner and Health CoachHello! My name is Kaela Blakely, and I am a Certified Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner and Certified Health Coach. I live in Anderson, South Carolina, with my husband and our two daughters.
My passion for this work was born out of my own health journey. After navigating multiple doctors, extensive testing, and both conventional and holistic approaches without lasting answers, I was led to a more intuitive, root-cause approach to healing. Through learning to truly listen to my body and utilizing muscle testing, I was able to restore my health—an experience that now fuels my desire to help others do the same.
With a background as a pharmacy technician and six years in a health food store, I bring a unique blend of clinical understanding and holistic perspective. I work with individuals of all ages and a wide range of health concerns, with a special place in my heart for supporting children and their families.
As a Christian, my faith is central to my approach. I believe the body was designed with an incredible capacity to heal and that we are provided what we need through whole foods, plants, and herbs. It is truly an honor to walk alongside others as they pursue lasting health and balance.
Olivia hashemi
Assistant With a passion for holistic health and functional nutrition, Olivia’s journey began with her own personal health issues. After struggling with persistent gut health concerns, she began exploring the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. What started as a closer look at food ingredient labels evolved into a deeper appreciation for whole, organic foods, intentional living, and reducing exposure to potentially harmful ingredients in everyday life.
Through her journey, Olivia developed a strong interest in understanding how the body functions, particularly the relationship between nutrition, digestion, and the mind-body connection. She continues to expand her knowledge of functional nutrition and holistic wellness through ongoing education and professional development with a particular interest in Nutrition Response Testing and Mind Body Spirit Release techniques.
Outside of Inspire, Olivia combines her passion for nutrition and creativity through her organic sourdough microbakery, where she creates breads and pastries using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. She also enjoys staying active through Muay Thai, strength training, and yoga, finding balance through movement.
Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Olivia spent ten years living in California before returning to the Upstate. In her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs.
